Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk I to support Honolulu operations. The role requires basic IT support skills, hardware/software troubleshooting, and adherence to security policies while assisting with account management and asset tracking. On-site, full-time position with standard hours.

U.S. citizenship is required and eligibility for a DoD Secret Clearance is expected. Training and certifications in DoD awareness and IAT Level I will be pursued within the first months

Qualifications

• Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a help desk, IT support, or desktop technician role.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification within 6 months: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and basic networking.
• Certain training requirements must be completed within 30 days of hire and annually.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve basic IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues for end users.
• Support account management and user access control per security policies.
• Log, track, and escalate incidents and service requests with accurate documentation.
• Assist with setup and deployment of IT equipment including computers and mobile devices.
• Enforce IT security standards including antivirus, encryption, patch management, and secure configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with federal security requirements.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle documentation of IT assets.
