Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a help desk, IT support, or desktop technician role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance.
• One of CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ CE required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and security issues.
• Support account management and user access control.
