Job summary

Pape’ Kenworth in Roseburg, OR is seeking an Entry Truck Technician/Mechanic to perform basic repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks, with a focus on uptime and building skilled technicians.

You’ll receive comprehensive dealer-supported education and hands-on training while working with experienced technicians. The schedule runs Tue–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm and Sat 7:00am–3:30pm, with competitive pay and a full benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive or diesel trucks and one or more years of experience working on vehicles.
• Diesel Tech Degree in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Work to diagnose problems and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner to support customer uptime.
