FleetPride is seeking a Technician to perform heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance in a non-climate controlled environment. Entry-level opportunities require basic mechanical repairs, with training and growth potential across all FleetPride locations.

The role includes performing routine maintenance, repairing brake systems, testing components, and maintaining detailed service records. Ideal candidates will have a Diesel Technology associate degree, at least 1+ year of experience and an Air

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, exhaust, steering, A/C systems.
• Record services and parts used; maintain clean workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Perform oil changes, lubrications and filter replacements.
• Maintain 80% productivity and limit comebacks to zero.
• Test drive vehicles and components with proper equipment.
• Repair or replace brakes on 53’ trailers and components.
• Handle surface finishing on repaired areas with power/hand tools.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance during maintenance.
