Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Missouri to support Firestone Complete Auto Care locations. This entry-level role offers full and part-time benefits from day one and opportunities for ASE certifications.

You will diagnose basic automotive issues, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, install batteries and shock absorbers, and road test vehicles as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
