Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Raytown, MO. This entry-level position offers full- and part-time hours with benefits from day one and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install tires, batteries, and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify quality and safety.
• Assist teammates with maintenance tasks as needed.
