As a Multifamily Broker, you will work with businesses, investors, property owners, and tenants in Indianapolis and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana commercial real estate license or plan to obtain one
• Strong interest in commercial real estate with a focus on multifamily properties
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build your own business
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of multifamily properties
• Develop relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, research, and proactive outreach
• Analyze market data and properties to identify opportunities
• Prepare property proposals, market analyses, and client presentations
• Guide clients through negotiations and the transaction process from start to close
• Collaborate with experienced brokers in a team-oriented environment
• Stay informed on market trends and developments to provide informed client guidance
• Build and manage your own pipeline and develop a long-term commercial real estate business
