Job summary

SVN International seeks a dynamic retail real estate broker to grow a client base across Indianapolis and surrounding markets. You will help clients buy, sell, and lease shopping centers, storefronts, and mixed-use spaces while building strong industry relationships.

You will leverage SVN tools and mentoring within a collaborative team, with uncapped commission and dedicated training to help you succeed in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Active commercial real estate license, or pursuing one
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to learn and succeed in retail real estate
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and in teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing retail properties in Indianapolis and surrounding markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, investors, and professionals
• Research potential clients and generate leads through networking and outreach
• Conduct market research and property analysis to identify retail opportunities
• Present proposals and executive briefings to potential clients
• Negotiate deals and manage contracts through all steps of the retail real estate process
• Collaborate with experienced brokers and participate in mentoring relationships
• Stay current with market trends to provide expert insights
