H&CO, LLP is seeking an Entity Services Specialist to support U.S. entity services and corporate filings across multiple offices. This role handles formation, filings, apostille, and document management with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients in a professional, client-service oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is required.
  • Experience with U.S. entity formation, corporate filings, registered agent services, or document management is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the formation and maintenance of U.S. entities, including corporations, LLCs, and other structures.
  • Coordinate U.S. corporate filings, documentation requests, and entity maintenance requirements.
  • Manage registered agent service activities, including receiving, processing, and distributing corporate correspondence and official notices.
  • Coordinate apostille, notarization, certification, and document legalization requests.
  • Assist with preparation, review, and organization of corporate documents and records.
  • Support internal teams across different offices with U.S. entity-related requests and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate entity records and ensure documentation is properly updated and organized.
  • Coordinate with clients, service providers, government agencies, and internal leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines, and quality standards.

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedEntity Services Specialist to support our global operations by providing administrative and operational assistance related to U.S. entity services and corporate filings. This role will be responsible for coordinating U.S. incorporation services, registered agent support, corporate documentation, filings, apostille requests, and other entity-related administrative processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams across multiple offices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of U.S. services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
