This professional manages high-stakes IRS submissions, including Form 2553 and EIN applications, entity formation documents, entity formation filings with the Secretary of State, drafting appropriate entity formation documents, and drafting Trust documents, while acting as a connection point between the Certified Paralegal and our clients.
