The Role:

As anEngagement Managerin our firm, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of accounting services. The ideal candidate should posses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Responsabilities:

Accounting Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct financial analysis, review financial statements, and provide insights to clients for better decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Client Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic financial advice.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in client engagements and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in service delivery.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project outcomes to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another related program.
• 2+ years of proven experience in accounting, with a focus on client management and project oversight.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
