Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of entitlements, due diligence, or land development experience for large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage complex regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage entitlements and land staff activities.
• Perform due diligence and feasibility analyses for acquisitions.
• Obtain entitlements and government approvals for projects; liaise with public agencies.
• Oversee subdivision plans, permits, and related submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants to support entitlement efforts and project schedules.
• Engage with city staff, developers, and public meetings; travel as needed.
