Responsibilities

• Coordinate entitlements, plan approvals and permits for projects.
• Manage due diligence with jurisdictional authorities and consultants.
• Prepare entitlement schedules to meet closing dates and business plans.
• Research project costs to create feasibility budgets and validate financial viability.
• Address impediments to zoning and permit approvals to keep schedules on track.
• Review consultant scopes, development agreements, site plans and technical reports.
• Coordinate pre-development schedules and ensure quality and budget control.
• Establish relationships with utility providers for service locations.
