The role requires strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to travel overnight. You will create schedules, review consultant scopes, and collaborate to keep entitlement timelines on track while supporting project feasibility and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entitlements, plan approvals and permits for projects.
• Manage due diligence to obtain entitlements from authorities.
• Prepare entitlement schedules to meet closing dates.
• Create feasibility budgets from project costs.
• Liaise with utilities and agencies to maintain schedule.
• Review consultant scopes and development agreements.
