Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property documents comply with company standards and notify management of concerns and potential solutions.
• Complete due diligence before contingency period expiration and LAP submittal date.
• Create, review and maintain all due diligence property documents and reports.
• Coordinate information sharing with Land Development, Acquisitions, Construction, Sales, and Marketing Departments.
• Provide site inspections to identify project status, progress and risk management.
• Maintain budgets and development schedule oversight and updating.
• Coordinate with the primary engineer and other consultants.
• Maintain community opening schedules and projections based on acquisition and development status.
• Plan, direct, and manage the activities of Entitlements and Land staff.
• Review development agreements and related documents.
• Zone and plat projects.
• Travel overnight as required.
