Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five to seven years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and be resourceful.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entitlements, plan approvals and permits for projects.
• Manage due diligence to obtain entitlements from jurisdictional authorities.
• Prepare entitlement schedules to meet closing dates and business plans.
• Research project costs to create feasibility budgets.
