Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a fully onsite role in Hollywood. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll for union and non-union staff across multiple states, set up garnishments, and perform SAP-based adjustments in a high-volume environment.

Applicants should have 3+ years of multistate payroll experience, union payroll experience in entertainment, excellent Excel skills, and strong confidentiality and communication abilities to collaborate with employees and business

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of union and non-union payroll.

Job description

Our client, a global entertainment company, is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Hollywood. The successful candidate will possess multistate union and non-union payroll processing expertise, the ability to foster strong relationships with employees and business partners, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Role Overview

• Contract Role: 6 months
• Pay: $43-47/hr on W2 (No C2C or 1099)
• Schedule: Fully onsite M-F, 9am to 6pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a completed payroll certification is preferred
• 3+ years of multistate payroll processing experience within a large organization
• Prior experience processing union payroll within the entertainment industry
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (X/VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.)
• Prior experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
