Job summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to efficiently process payroll for assigned shows, serving as the primary client contact for all payroll-related matters. The role covers both union and non-union payrolls with attention to compliance and accuracy.

The candidate will handle timecard processing, tax issues, and payroll history reporting using specialized payroll systems, while maintaining strong client relationships and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience in entertainment preferred.
• Knowledge of I.A.T.S.E. locals, guilds and contracts is a plus.
• Ability to learn advanced payroll concepts quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payroll and break timecards per union and non-union rules.
• Serve as main client contact for payroll processing inquiries.
• Utilize payroll database systems and generate standard reports.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate entries per client protocols.
• Maintain organized client/show files and policy compliance.
• Support relationships with weekly client communications and issue resolution.
