Job summary

2CREATIVE GLOBAL MARKETING in New York, NY is hiring an Account Executive or Jr. Account Executive to lead marketing campaigns for entertainment clients.

The role blends in-person and remote work, requiring nights and weekends for events, and a strong ability to build client relationships. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of agency experience, a marketing or PR degree, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related field/agency experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or public relations preferred.
• Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Stellar written and verbal communications skills to effectively influence the press, promo partners, general public audience, and all levels of internal staff.
• Weekend and evening availability to work events.
• Knowledge of the New York area including media outlets, events, and organizations.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 is a requirement for this role.
• Must reside in the NYC area.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute 360 marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate trade with television, radio, print, and online partners for coverage.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media, promotional contacts, market influencers, community leaders, and grassroots organizations.
• Planning and staffing events from start to finish, including creative and logistical execution at high-traffic festivals and events.
• Preparing research, recaps, and reports for clients under multiple deadlines.
• Copywriting for pitches, talking points, and social media.
• Manage and provide leadership to support team members and provide guidance to interns who support account execution.
• Develop strong client relationships and always meet client deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Manage invoicing and charges in the online billing system.
• Know the New York marketplace and provide great insight and advice to clients.
