Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Technician to maintain our games and entertainment systems, ensuring safe, smooth operation and fun for guests. You will perform electrical, mechanical and technical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage parts and inventory, and keep the workshop organized while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates have experience with arcade/game repair and a solid knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.

• Experience with repair/maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games.

• Basic use of hand tools; able to handle tools safely.
• Comfortable working on ladders and with equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Willing to wear and work in PPE.
• Strong communication with management, team, and guests.
• Availability for days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet guests and represent the brand in a fun way.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical work for maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair components and wiring.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Keep the mechanic shop and facility organized and clean.
