Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Technician to maintain and repair games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment. You’ll perform electrical and mechanical work, troubleshoot issues, and keep systems running smoothly while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized shop. Great guest interaction and a FUN-focused attitude are essential, along with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is a must
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems
• General knowledge/skill set on repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games
• Skilled in electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to perform work on ladders
• Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Ability to wear PPE
• Good communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance work
• Troubleshoot repairs on games and equipment
• Disassemble, replace and repair mechanical and electrical components
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Order supplies, tools, and materials
• Keep mechanic shop and facility clean and organized
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards
• Welcome and engage with guests as a FUN ambassador
• Participate in paid on-the-job training
