Job summary

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center in Georgia is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead a high-volume family entertainment center. You will oversee bowling, food & beverage, and arcade operations while driving guest service excellence.

You will manage a salaried team of 8–10 and 120–150 hourly staff, develop location goals, and push revenue initiatives including promotions and upselling, with responsibility for P&L and cost control.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in general management.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage labor and other costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop location-based goals and initiatives to support business strategy and achieve corporate goals.
• Ensure adherence to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Oversee P&L, cash handling, upselling opportunities, and transaction processes.
• Train and manage department managers to ensure product and guest service standards.
• Partner with department managers and corporate staff on revenue-driving initiatives (league sales, seasonal promotions, restaurant promotions).
• Lead a salaried management team of 8–10 and supervise 120–150 hourly staff.
• Contribute to company expansion and team development.
