Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is looking for a motivated General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a sizeable team. The ideal candidate will have general management experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in hospitality or food and beverage.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in general management.
• Experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop location-based goals to support business strategy.
• Ensure adherence to core standards and HR policies.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Manage P&L and achieve revenue goals.
• Train and manage department managers.
• Lead a salaried management team of 8-10.
