Job summary

NKSFB, LLC is the largest business management firm in the country, with offices in the Los Angeles and New York City area. This Torrance, CA role sits on a Business Management team, handling a high volume of accounts payable tasks for artists and entertainers.

You will review invoices, process payments, code purchases, and support the Account Executive with reconciliations and audits. Strong MS Office, communication, organization, and a HS diploma are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1+ year(s) in a Business Management environment or Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process invoices using accounting software.
• Review credit card statements and reconcile monthly entries.
• Code purchases and generate purchase orders per policy.
• Support Accounts Payable tasks: check runs, month-end reconciliations, spending analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
• Assist Account Executive with high-volume AP duties and audits.
