Qualifications

• A High School diploma is required.
• 4+ years of accounting/business management experience, ideally with high-net-worth individuals.
• At least 1 year of experience with AgilLink, Datafaction and/or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide bookkeeping services and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Book and process client payroll on a recurring basis.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and trial balances.
• Onboard new clients and set up vendors and GL codes in the accounting system.
• Record opening trial balance as journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain cash flow and respond to client reporting needs.
• Coordinate client loan applications and assist with reviews.
• Support tax deadlines and prepare asset schedules for insurance.
