You will process vendor invoices, review statements, and help ensure accurate, timely financial records. The ideal candidate has strong math, solid communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in accounting software per procedures.
• Review credit card statements and manage high-volume entries.
• Ensure timely processing of transactions with client vendors.
• Code, generate purchase orders, and manage requisitions per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive financial information.
• Support high-volume AP tasks: check runs, month-end reconciliations, spending analysis.
• Analyze invoice discrepancies and research root causes.
• Verify disbursement accuracy and suggest process improvements.
• Set up new vendors in software and maintain organized filings.
• Enter AP transactions and maintain AP schedules.
• Enter cash receipts and reconcile bank statements.
• Book investment statements and client payroll as directed.
• Conduct monthly General Ledger reviews with Account Executive.
