NKSFB, LLC in Encino is seeking an Account Executive to join our team of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the entertainment industry, be a confident communicator, and demonstrate exceptional time management and organization.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, payroll processing, maintaining ledgers, onboarding new clients, and coordinating with tax and other departments to ensure accurate books and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of accounting or business management experience with high-net-worth clients.
• 1+ year experience working with AgilLink, Datafaction, or QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust bookkeeping services and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Process client payroll on a recurring basis.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and trial balances.
• Onboard new clients and set up vendors and general ledger codes in the accounting system.
• Record opening trial balance as journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
• Coordinate with tax department to ensure books are accurate and tax deadlines are met.
