JDA is seeking a Manager, Workforce Strategy & Planning to unite client demand, workforce supply, operations, and business strategy into a single operating model.

You will partner with executive leadership, design forecasting methodologies, dashboards, and governance, and build the enterprise workforce planning function from the ground up.

The role emphasizes influence over authority, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering data-driven insights to optimize talent and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workforce strategy, operations strategy, or enterprise planning.
• Experience forecasting, scenario modeling, capacity planning, and analytics.
• Proven ability to build new capabilities or operating models.
• Exceptional influence without authority and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise workforce strategies aligned with business growth and client demand.
• Translate forecasts into executable workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Create workforce scenarios, dashboards, and KPIs for executives.
• Lead enterprise workforce governance, processes, and planning rhythms.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR and executives on workforce investments.
