Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting knowledge,

Qualifications

7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
3+ years working in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
3+ years demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
2+ years' experience analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand demand drivers and staffing pain points.
Drive fit-gap analysis across options and recommend the functional approach with tradeoffs.
Design forecasting workflows and operating model to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
Define scheduling design patterns and optimization constraints for business realities.
Establish solution guardrails for accuracy and transparency of totals and exceptions.
Partner with engineering to convert designs into configuration and build plans.
Own functional delivery and ensure documentation and artifacts are maintained.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
