Job summary

M42 seeks a Senior Manager, Group Vendor Performance & Relationship Management to oversee strategic vendor relationships across Enterprise Business Services, IT, Facilities, BI and Procurement & Supply Chain. You will establish governance rhythms, manage SLAs and KPIs, and provide executive-level insights to support governance across the enterprise.

The role requires 10–14 years of strategic vendor management, global experience, strong contract knowledge, and superior business

Qualifications

10–14 years of strategic vendor management experience.
Experience managing global enterprise vendors across multiple units or countries.
Strong commercial and contractual expertise, including pricing, renewals and risk.

Responsibilities

Lead vendor relationships across Enterprise Business Services and related domains.
Establish and manage the vendor governance rhythm with reviews and escalation forums.
Own the enterprise SLA and KPI framework and ensure data quality for decisions.
Monitor service delivery, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
Provide commercial oversight on pricing, volume commitments and off-contract spend.
Shape renewal, renegotiation, and exit recommendations with data-driven insights.
Maintain contract governance and audit-ready evidence.
