Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a mid- to large-size organization, preferably supporting vendor management.
• Familiarity with vendor management, procurement, supplier governance, or third-party risk management processes and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Advanced analytical and research capabilities to evaluate vendor, industry, and market information.
• Proven ability to identify issues, solve problems, and escalate risks and concerns.
• Strong relationship management to collaborate across internal and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to all levels and external parties.
• High attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Procurement, Risk Management, Legal, Finance and Business units to support vendor initiatives and governance.
• Provides oversight of vendor performance and service delivery.
• Tracks, escalates, and remediates vendor-related issues and service disruptions.
• Maintains governance documentation to support continuity.
• Resolves invoicing challenges, reducing administrative burden.
• Performs vendor research to illuminate financials, strategy, market presence, and competitiveness.
• Supports enterprise initiatives, vendor assessments, and leadership requests to maximize vendor value.
