Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, vendor management, supplier performance management, technology procurement, IT service management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience engaging suppliers in formal performance reviews, business reviews, governance forums, corrective action discussions, or issue remediation activities.
• Working familiarity with enterprise technology environments including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI-enabled services, digital platforms, software implementation, or technology consulting.
• Ability to interpret supplier performance information, stakeholder feedback, service-level metrics, issue trends, contract context, and risk considerations and convert them into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of ESPR-derived insights and reporting for Enterprise IT, DDAT, and supplier stakeholders.
• Interpret ESPR feedback with performance trends, incident history, risk indicators, and contract context to produce actionable insights.
• Develop executive narratives and materials outlining implications, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Evolve ESPR outputs to support renewal strategy, remediation, and governance prioritization.
• Lead ESPR-driven discussions in vendor reviews and governance forums with data-backed perspectives.
