Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Vendor Management to oversee vendor intelligence, performance, value and risk across enterprise suppliers. You will liaise between internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing governance and oversight to ensure service and business expectations are met.

The role requires 3–5 years in vendor management and strong relationships with internal and external partners, with attention to detail and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management in mid- to large-size organizations.
• Familiar with procurement, supplier governance, or third-party risk management processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement, Risk Management, Legal, Finance and business units on vendor governance.
• Provide oversight of vendor performance and service delivery.
• Track and escalate vendor issues and support remediation of disruptions.
• Maintain governance docs to support continuity and accountability.
• Research vendor financials, strategy, market position and competitive stance.
