You will manage user administration, participate in system upgrades, and develop dashboards to improve data quality.

The role collaborates with internal teams, manages vendor relationships, and ensures regulatory compliance while serving as a primary escalation point for end-users.

Qualifications

• Three years of vendor management experience
• Experience with managing third-party vendors
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field

Responsibilities

• Tracks vendor product roadmap and backlog with business needs
• Conducts and reviews vendor assessments
• Collaborates with internal teams to align with goals
• Escalation point for end-users
• Develops relationships with enterprise vendors
• Monitors system updates and config changes
• Develops reports, dashboards, and data quality improvements
• Researches emerging products and standards
• Supports regulatory requirements and system audits
• Coordinates with IT on issues and upgrades
• Keeps end-users informed on performance and usage
• Manages vendor management system and due diligence
• Assists with policies for bank and vendor engagement
• Identifies training needs
• Performs other duties as assigned
