You will configure, maintain, and support the risk management platform, develop reports and dashboards, and coordinate system upgrades with vendors and technology partners. The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across all three lines of defense, delivering training, documentation, and ongoing user support to empower

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of risk or audit experience.
• 3+ years in PM, product development, or system administration.
• Risk Management certification preferred (CERP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the Bank's GRC solution.
• Onboard users and manage access changes.
• Configure workflows, forms, security roles, and integrations.
• Coordinate upgrades and testing with vendors and technology teams.
• Maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Monitor data quality and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
• Provide training and ongoing user support.
