Bankers Trust Company in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Risk System Administrator to lead the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform.

You will administer, configure, maintain, and support the enterprise risk management solution and develop reports for senior leadership. The role partners with technology teams and vendors to implement upgrades, ensure data integrity, and promote enterprise-wide adoption of the GRC system.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience or training in risk or audit.
• At least three years of experience in project management, product development, and/or system administration.
• Risk Management related certification preferred (i.e., CERP).

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary administrator, liaison with system vendor and internal technology partners, and subject matter expert for the Bank's GRC solution.
• Performs users onboarding and user access changes based on access requests.
• Configures workflows, forms, security roles, notifications, and data management within the GRC system.
• Coordinates upgrades, enhancements, testing, and releases with technology teams and vendors.
• Maintains system documentation, user guides, and procedures.
• Monitors data quality and opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Promotes enterprise-wide use of the GRC solution.
• Supports integration of risk processes within GRC (Risk Appetite, Emerging Risk, Issue Management, Model Risk).
• Develops dashboards and management information for senior leadership.
• Provides training and ongoing support to system users.
