Job summary

Sierra, a leading platform for customer-facing AI agents based in San Francisco, is seeking a business value strategist to join our pricing team. You will partner with sales and customers through complex enterprise cycles to develop customer-specific value frameworks, build rigorous ROI models, and translate impact into measurable outcomes.

You will also create and scale industry-specific business cases and help establish Sierra's business value framework from the ground up while staying

Qualifications

• 5+ years in value engineering, monetization strategy, consulting, or strategic finance focused on quantifying business impact.
• Advanced financial modeling and ROI modeling experience.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Ability to partner with sales, finance, operations, and executives.
• Degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customers in enterprise sales cycles to develop customer-specific value frameworks.
• Build rigorous ROI models and investment cases grounded in operating and financial metrics.
• Translate Sierra's impact into measurable outcomes such as lower costs, incremental revenue, and stronger loyalty.
• Create and scale repeatable, industry-specific business cases.
• Establish Sierra's business value framework from the ground up while staying hands-on in modeling and analysis.
