Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience in a scientific domain (biologics, biotech, or development).
• Masters or PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding ability to convey value proposition leveraging Benchling products.
• Experience creating written deliverables that assess current and future state and ROI.
• Effective cross-functional leadership across sales, solutions consulting, and services.
• Strong executive presence with senior business leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in enterprise and strategic customers by leading solution and value assessments during the sales process.
• Develop methodologies to quantify strategic, operational, and financial metrics to demonstrate measurable value.
• Create reusable assets to drive adoption of Benchling’s value framework across the customer journey.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Share insights with product and marketing to refine offerings and messaging.
• Travel to customer sites 25-30%.
