Job summary

Benchling, a leading AI-powered biotech platform, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to partner with customers on IT strategy and tailored Benchling solutions. You will guide digital transformation, oversee deployments, and set data architecture standards to ensure long-term success.

You will lead complex, multi-site projects, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and provide strategic guidance to maximize customer value while advancing Benchling’s position in the life

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in biotech/pharma and scientific software deployment.
• Degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading global enterprise implementation teams (Benchling a plus).

Responsibilities

• Partner with biotechnology organizations to assess IT landscape and architect solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live and adoption.
• Provide strategic guidance, best practice education, and product engagement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions with engineering and product teams.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success for complex global deployments.
• Support Sales/Marketing in technical deal strategy and resolve complex challenges with engineering teams.
• Contribute to global enterprise processes and best practice frameworks.
