Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise UX Design to lead cross-enterprise UX initiatives, scale the design system, and guide teams spanning global product suites. You will partner with growth, marketing, and product leaders, conduct user research, and ensure high-quality, accessible designs for both B2B and B2C experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of experience may be considered.
• 7 years of experience as a Senior or Principle UX designer with design ownership of a successful B2C or B2B mobile application/experience
• 3 years of experience with Figma design software

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across several enterprise initiatives for a global suite of products and services.
• Design compelling experiences for client partners to manage Bright Horizons benefits by partnering with growth, marketing and product leaders.
• Lead user research initiatives and usability testing efforts for B2B apps and internal tools.
• Support junior and senior designers on design thinking and modern design standards with solution-oriented recommendations.
• Concept-to-delivery support for client liaison (B2B) and consumer facing (B2C) experiences.
• Support adoption, scaling, rollout and governance of Bright Horizons design system.
• Deliver functional, user-focused designs, wireframes, prototypes and annotations.
• Work with Product Managers to define user research needs and provide recommendations.
• Review development work to ensure UX specs are implemented properly.
• Stay current with design trends and BH Design System updates.
• Accessibility audit remediation for B2B apps.
