Bloomberg is seeking a highly skilled UX Team Leader to guide a team of designers across a business vertical. You will set strategy, balance delivery with long‑term direction, and partner with Product, Engineering, and senior leaders to drive outcomes and impact.

As a hands‑on leader, contribute design work to uphold quality and craft conceptual frameworks, interaction design, and the overall user experience of new products and major enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a UX people manager with hands‑on design leadership
• 4+ years of UX or Product design experience (IC)
• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proven user‑centered design practices including user research and advocacy for user needs
• Experience designing complex workflows, data‑heavy visuals, and information architecture
• Strong project management to drive design lifecycle from start to release

• Lead end‑to‑end design process from research to concept through to implementation
• Collaborate with business teams and engineering to ground decisions in user workflows
