Qualifications

• 8+ years designing digital products in enterprise, B2B SaaS, government, or similar environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex software design from concept through launch.
• Expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable impact on product and user outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and design systems, prototyping, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of complex product experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into design solutions.
• Drive UX strategy and influence roadmap through user insights and analytics.
• Create user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate roadmaps into design tasks.
• Facilitate discovery, workshops, and journey mapping with stakeholders.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design throughout the lifecycle.
• Support reusable design-system components and governance with Design Engineering.
• Provide design critique and feedback to internal and external partners.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical, business, and executive audiences.
