The role encompasses Microsoft Teams Voice, Avaya, MSTP, EVoIP, and Cisco voice technologies, with a requirement for U.S. citizenship, active TS clearance, and onsite presence in Washington, DC, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related.
• 8+ years in enterprise telephony or unified communications, with at least 1 year MS Teams Phone System.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment and support across 800+ locations for unified communications.
• Oversee MSTP engineering configuration, endpoint connectivity, and readiness.
• Configure Avaya, MSTP, Teams Voice, and EVoIP to meet business needs.
• Support Direct Routing, SBCs, SIP/VoIP routing, and dial plan design.
• Monitor, maintenance, and security updates for telephony systems.
