Tata Consultancy Services in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Director to lead a large-scale IT modernization portfolio including mainframe-to-AWS migrations. You will govern multi-workstream delivery, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 15–20 years IT, 8–12 years in transformative programs, PMP/ PMI, and proven ability to present to VP-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of overall IT experience with 8–12 years leading large-scale, enterprise IT transformation or delivery programs.
• 5+ years directing cloud or legacy modernization transformation programs at the program level.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise program budgets ($5M+ programs preferred) and presenting financial performance to senior stakeholders.
• Strong vendor and third-party delivery partner management experience with SOWs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the mainframe-to-AWS cloud modernization program and related brands.
• Report to the VP of Transformation with regular updates on health, milestones, risks, and financials.
• Establish and run program governance across all workstreams (steering, RAID, stage gates, change control).
• Lead cross-functional workstream leads to ensure alignment and managed dependencies.
• Own the program budget and report spend against forecast to executives and finance stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with delivery vendors and SI partners, overseeing performance against SLAs and resolving escalations.
