Job summary

QTS Data Centers, a global leader in digital infrastructure, seeks an Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation programs. You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into an actionable program roadmap, drive governance, and champion change management across the portfolio.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise program management, strong leadership, and excellent communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience in a people leader in a direct supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various project and program management methodologies.
• Demonstrated success establishing governance, standards, controls, and KPIs in complex environments.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Demonstratable verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a cohesive portfolio of transformation initiatives.
• Communicate a holistic view of active work to identify gaps and resources.
• Oversee multiple concurrent transformation initiatives ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and outcomes; flag risks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and ensure quality.
• Facilitate governance with early stakeholder engagement.
• Champion change management for adoption of new initiatives.
• Define and track program KPIs, OKRs, and risks; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Lead operational and executive reviews to drive decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
