Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Transformation Program Lead to establish and run the operating system model, business processes, and tools that keep channel transformation ahead of schedule. You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and required governance with a structured, execution-focused mindset in a fast-moving enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years running PMOs or transformation offices inside a matrixed organization.
• Experience building and running milestone/status tracking systems (traffic-light reporting).
• Experience designing and protecting operating cadences for senior executives.
• Experience working with SVP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Background supporting Sales, Channel, or GTM organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain milestone and traffic-light status against plan, plus dependencies and inform recipients.
• Own cadence architecture for weekly, monthly, and executive reviews with clear owners and action logs.
• Maintain ask/dependency trackers across channel workstreams and chase commitments to closure.
• Translate operating-system design into simple, repeatable templates with VP guidance.
• Prepare consolidated executive reporting view for VP Strategy & Transformation, Channel SVP, and CRO.
