QTS Data Centers is seeking an Enterprise Enablement Program Director to own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple, concurrent transformation programs. You will translate the company’s strategic agenda into actionable initiatives, aiming to reshape our operating model, structure, and capabilities for the future.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and KPI tracking to drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise program management in a large corporate environment.
• Experience leading teams in a direct supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to establish governance, standards, controls, and KPIs.
• Strong influence skills in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an actionable portfolio with an integrated program roadmap.
• Oversee multiple concurrent transformation initiatives, manage scope and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional teams, ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Facilitate governance with stakeholders and drive change management.
