MapLarge is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Director to steer long-term success for strategic enterprise and government accounts. This hands-on role blends executive strategy with technical execution, guiding customers from initial vision through full deployment and driving measurable value.

You'll build trusted executive sponsorship, lead solution strategy with engineering, and push multi-million-dollar programs to deliver mission outcomes for Fortune 1000 customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology initiatives or large-scale software programs.
• Experience delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 or U.S. Government customers.
• Ability to operate between executive conversations and technical deep dives.
• Strong technical curiosity, understanding systems without writing production code.
• Proven track record driving multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
• Bias toward action, results, and clarity amid ambiguity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
