Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Program Delivery Director to lead a team of business and technology advisors driving enterprise transformation for a global financial client. You will align client business needs with Ensono capabilities and lead multi-year migration and planning governance across architectures and reference models.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading large-scale enterprise IT change management programs for transformation and migration.
• Experience designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated program leadership with high attention to detail in complex transformation environments.
• 15 years of leadership in hosting/cloud space (preferably with a service provider or cloud MSP).
• 7+ years of leadership in enterprise IT, consulting, engineering/development/transformation and migrations.
• Strong credibility with C-suite and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Program Portfolio Managers and people management responsibilities.
• Engage with C-level and transformation executives to lead enterprise-wide transformation and migration programs.
• Identify business drivers and develop board-ready proposals and value-driven business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to drive architecture, roadmaps and execution plans.
• Oversee transitions with clients in various scenarios including colocation and cloud migrations.
• Lead collaboration with internal teams to create solutions and strategies for transformation programs.
• Lead large-scale migration projects through assessment, planning and execution stages.
• Develop and conduct discovery and workshops to design client-focused solutions.
• Document solutions that meet client requirements and adapt to industry needs.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in and client confidence as a trusted adviser.
• Align with Product/Program Management to drive product enhancements to roadmaps.
• Report on budget attainment and cost savings for key programs.
