Job summary

The role oversees multiple ERP and business process initiatives, coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity, while driving program-level metrics, risks, and deliverables.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery.
- Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience leading sales opportunities.
- Hands-on experience leading a functional stream.
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and be hands-on as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities with strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage large-scale transformation engagements across ERP implementations and business process improvements.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and capacity planning across multiple projects.
- Manage program-level status, metrics, risks, and deliverables; influence at the C-suite level.
